[Grumpy Old Man]

Am I the only one who hears these awful bloody scooters or mopeds, whatever you mind to call them. If I was to stand outside the Police station and continually bang a dustbin with a hammer, I would be arrested for breaching the peace. Yet these little bikes can go up and down Hugh street making an ungodly racket and nothing is said to them. Don't the Japanese make silencers for their bikes?
And by the way, where are all my fellow grumpies?
